I help people make positive changes to their lives through fitness, healthy eating and motivation.
I work with a wide range of clients from those who want to lose weight or tone up, train for a specific event from 10k's to Marathons and those who are rehabilitating from injury or have a debilitating condition and I help improve their quality of life.
I get asked if I work with celebrities and I say yes, everyone I work with is a celebrity in their own right. I like to think I inspire people and many of my clients inspire me. Guys like Kenny Gibson who has lost 9 stone in just over a year, Vince McQueen and Scott Mackintosh who have both lost over 2 stone in 2 months. Paul Soave who has fought back from spinal damage from a routine op to around 80/90% fitness and Ian Grieve, who is like a new man from when I first started working with him. Kirsty Walker, who could walk little more than 10 yards without help or stand up straight has worked hard over the last 2 years and has completed 2 5k races thanks to her dedication to exercise.
I have a running club called Love Running which meets every Saturday on the North Inch at 10am. The club is designed to help everyone from beginners starting out through to experienced runners looking to smash PBs.
