Let's Run! is a new running club from Personal Trainer, Steve Bonthrone
If you would like to take up running or develop your running without feeling that you will hold everybody up or you have tried Jog Scotland but don't feel good enough to join Perth Road Runners then Let's Run! is for you.
The sessions will teach you everything you need to know about running from warming up, finding the right pace for you to run comfortably and for longer and how to avoid muscle aches and injury.
Steve uses techniques used by top athletes and was lucky to have trained under the guidance of double Olympic marathon runner, Liz Yelling and her coaches last year.
